What is required to secure my wedding date?

A deposit is requested to hold your date. The deposit is calculated based off of the number of hair & makeup services contracted.  Deposits can be made through a wide variety of payment options including Cash App, credit card, Venmo, cash, check and through your invoice on the freshbooks app. credit card and freshbooks payments will incur a 3% processing fee.

i won’t be in town until my wedding day, is a preview required?

No, you do not have to schedule a preview but we always recommend it. if you’re not from the area, we can do a phone consultation or even a FaceTime date. Another suggestion we have is to schedule the preview for your rehearsal dinner so you’re comfortable with the style and get to connect with your Artist before the actual wedding day. previews are common for moms and bridesmaids, too!

when do you suggest scheduling a preview and how much time should i allocate for it?

we recommend planning your preview three to six months before your wedding. make great use of the preview by having it on a special day like your engagement shoot, bridal shower, etc., that way you can see how the makeup is in photos and how it lasts throughout the day.  please allow for 3-3.5 hours for your preview. previews are done at our studio in santa rosa, ca. however, your artist(s) may be able to travel to you with a travel fee added.

How long does it take to complete all services on the day of?

for the bride we schedule a full two hours for hair & makeup (unless otherwise decided). For bridesmaids, family members & guests we schedule an hour and a half for hair & makeup (unless otherwise decided). we can create an organized timeline so everyone has a designated slot for their services. A timeline is not required, but is a great idea for larger bridal parties.

Do you require a minimum number of services to book?

we have a five service minimum for events friday-sunday april-october. hair & makeup for one person is considered two services. we may be able to accomodate elopement/bride only requests with an early morning appt, a late afternoon appt, or with a full day package purchased. please inquire for details.

What makeup brands do you use?

Our team has a wide variety of brands in their kit. Most of our products are found in high-end cosmetics stores such as department stores, Sephora and Naimie’s.  all artists have their own kits & preferences.

Are lashes included with your makeup applications?

Yes! Lashes are included with all makeup applications. The Artists offer both strip and individual lashes.

Do you travel?

Yes! We are an on-location bridal team and will travel throughout the Bay Area and beyond. All travel fees are calculated per artist on an hourly basis from Santa Rosa, CA. we love to do Destination weddings as well, please inquire for specific calculations.

Do you provide services for non-wedding events?

Absolutely. We are able to provide hair & makeup for everything from boudoir photoshoots to film productions to corporate events. 

how do i know Which Artist is right for me?

You are in great hands with any of our Artists!  During our first conversation, we will discuss the hair & makeup looks you’re going for and from there you will be matched up with the best Artist for your style. of course If you see an Artist on our Team Page that you’d like to work with, feel free to request him/her specifically.

please note that we allow for bride collabortion on selecting their lead artist(s) only, any additional artists will be assigned at our discretion. depending on your bridal party size and prefrences, you may select one or two lead artists. the additional artists we assign will have a similar look to your lead artists to ensure a cohesive style across your bridal party.
